WKYC Cleveland recently highlighted Y.O.U.'s Day One programs as part of its Possible U series.

The piece featured Aaron Cartledge, a former Y.O.U. participant, who found a pathway to success through the Day One program with a focus on phlebotomy.

The Day One program is designed for young adults 17-24, who have graduated high school or earned a GED, are not enrolled in college, and are under- or unemployed. Participants enter credential training to earn an industry-recognized credential and receive an internship and job in their selected career path.

Current pathways include computer technician, customer service, state tested nursing assistant, commercial truck driver, phlebotomy technician, food service professional, and CNC machinist.
